LUBRICATING THE BLADE BLOCK
Before using the unit for the first time lubricate the blade
block (6) of the attachment with oil (7) (supplied with the
unit).
– Apply the lubricating oil (7) to the junctions between the
fixed and moving parts of the blades.
– Switch the trimmer on by pressing on the switch (3) and
let it operate for approximately 30 seconds to spread the
oil across the rubbing surfaces. Switch the trimmer off
by pressing on the switch (3) and remove the excess oil
with a dry cloth or a paper towel.
Notes:
– Lubricate the blade block (6) after every use of the trim-
mer.
– For lubricating the blades use only the oil (7) supplied
with the unit, or the oil intended for similar devices.
– Do not use vegetable oil or oil with solvents. Solvents will
evaporate, and the remaining thick oil may slow down the
blades motion.

USING THE TRIMMER

• The best shaving results are achieved if your skin is dry.
• Switch the trimmer on by pressing on the power switch
(3).
• Make sure that the blade block (6) is perpendicular to
your skin, then move the attachment with the blade
block (6) with simultaneous reciprocating movements.
Use both edges of the blade for making sharp lines and
perfect edges.
• To accentuate the sideburns or the area around the
mouth or nose hold the trimmer with one of the blade
edges touching the skin. This technique will allow you to
create sharp edges or lines.
• After shaving switch the trimmer off by pressing on the
power switch (3).
• Clean the blade block of the attachment (6) with the
cleaning brush (8) after every use.

3.5/4/4.5/5/5.5/6/6.5/7/7.5/8/8.5/9/9.5/10 mm.
