The E1000 PRO machine works connected to a PC which sends the personalization data using the serial CIM protocol CHIP 10. The machine is equipped with an upper cover (2) with locking key, a push-to-open discharge unit (1) and front panel (3).

7 MAINTENANCE 7.4 TROLLEY TRUCK LUBRICATION The oiling of the trolley truck should be done every six month if the machine works 8 hours/day using with vaseline oil. • Oil the clamp's trolley guide (1) top and bottom moving the trolley by hand right and left to assure an even distribution of the oil and to control the fluidity of the movement.
7 MAINTENANCE 7.6 TIPPER LUBRICATION The embossed cards Inking device (Tipper) needs, apart from the Ribbon change, to be oiled periodically. This is done by oiling the 2 service holes (1) e (2) located on the upper face and on the 2 sides. Repeat this operation every 20 days or every 1500 produced cards.
