You have just purchased a glass ceramic hob featuring halogen and radiant cooking zones. You will now be able to benefit from the four assets of halogen cooking: • Top performance - The infrared radiation ensures the immediate transmission of heat. The rapid rise in temperature and the poor thermal inertia of the halogen cooking zones allow for guaranteed control flexibility. -
