The lowest temperature on the Cosori CAF-DC601-KUS Air Fryer in certain modes is 300°F because it uses a DC motor that supports higher fan speeds and faster cooking. However, the air fryer also has specific modes like Dehydrate and Proof that allow for much lower temperatures, down to 100°F and 90°F respectively. The 300°F minimum applies only to certain cooking modes such as Air Fry or Frozen, not all functions.
