7. Factory Reset and data removal
To resolve certain operational issues with the device or in preparation for transferring the Brook-
lyn Bridge II, whether for repairs or resale, it is recommended to perform a complete reset of the
device. This will erase all data and restore the settings to their original state. Below are the steps
on how to accomplish this.
7.1. In the settings menu, select the 'Help' option.
7.2. Choose the 'Reset Roon Settings' option. Scroll down to the bottom to confirm your choice
by selecting 'Reset Roon Settings' again.
