The main power button on the front of the LIFEPLUS GD9315BCW-3J may not be working due to the following reasons:

1. The power cord is not plugged into an electrical outlet.
2. The electricity supply to the main power switch (located at the back) is not working.
3. The main power switch on the rear of the unit is not turned on.

Ensure the heater is properly plugged in and the rear power switch is turned on before using the front power button.

We are having the same issue. Heater was off in the morning. When we tried the front buttons nothing worked. We checked the cord & it was properly plugged on & the rear on/off light (on back) is on/lit.
