Demonstration mode
The system has a demonstration mode that
shows the various features affered by the
system. Wher the system is switched
on for the first time, the demonstration
mode will start automatically.
Note:
— During the demonstration, if you press
any source for standby-on} butten, the
system will switeft to the respective
mode for stanaby}.
— When the system is switched te standby
mede, the demonstration will resume
five seconds later :

the system is in demonstration made.

~ Ever though the AC power cord is

Easy Set
EASY SET allows you to raae all available
radio stations in a particular band [FM,
MW or LV} automatically.

Press and hald STANDBY*ON (a0 the
system onty) far 5 seconds; when the
system is in standby or demonstration
made.
— "CASY SET" will be displayed and
followed by "fUNER*.
— EASY SET will start with the last
active band.
— All available radio stations with
sufficient signal strength will be
stored or until 40 presets are filled.
The system will search once again for
the first available ROS statian and to set
the RDS time automatically.
When searching ADS station;
> "GERRCK
RES STATION" will
be displayed, If no RDS station is
available, the program will exit
automatically and "WO RES
STATION" will be displayed.
— After 2 station is found, "EASY
SCY" will be displayed and followed
"TIME",

Notes for remote control:
First select the source you wish ta
control by pressing ene of the
source select keys on the remote
contraf (e.g. CD, TUNER, TAPE 3/2
or AUX).
Then select the desired function
{PLAY, NEXT, etc.).
When searching RDS time;
— *"SERRCH RBS TIMNC* will be
. displayed.
— Whan ROS time is read, "RBS
TIME" will be displayed. The
-Current time is displayed for 2
secands and wilt be stared
automatically,
Notes :
— When EASY SET is used, afl previously
stored radio stations will.be erased.
The last preset radio station or the first
available RDS station will appear on the
display when EASY SET is completed.
— {f RDS station does nat transmit RDS
Switching the system ON
tine within $8 seconds, the program
will exit automatically and the display
will show "WG RES FINE".
Press STANDBY®ON (on the system
aniy), CD, TUNER, TAPE or AUX.
You can also switch on the system by
pressing any one of the CD DIRECT PLAY
buttons.
