Possible Cause
Brightness is too high.
Poor Bluetooth
connection.
• Notifications are not
enabled on your
smartphone.
• Phone may be in "Do
not disturb" mode.
Solution
Decrease the brightness
to preserve battery life.
Keep Bluetooth open on
your smartphone and
reboot the watch by going
to Settings > Reboot.
• Enable notifications for
the CO FIT app on your
smartphone.
• Disable "Do not disturb"
mode.
