Remedies
• Check that the adaptor plug is correctly pushed
home.
• check the connection cable and disconnect the
power supply for 10 seconds
• Check that the wires used are the correct size
and that the connection wires of the videophone
are not in the same sheath as the 230V.
• We recommend that you check that your
equipment is working properly by carrying out a
short-distance test
• Do not point the video camera directly at the
sun or at reflecting surfaces.
• The wires connecting the monitor and the
street unit (1 and 2) have been swapped
• Check the good positioning of the connector
block
• Check that the hole of the microphone of the
outdoor station is not blocked
