1.4 Sachwidrige Verwendung Bei Schäden, die auf eine unsachgemässe Verwendung der Anlage zurückzuführen sind, haftet der Hersteller nicht. 2.1 Verwendungszweck reCool ist ausschliesslich zum Einspannen von Werkzeugen mit ER-Spannzangen (DIN 6499 / ISO 15488) zu ® verwenden. Es wird empfohlen, nur original Spannzangen, Dicht- und Kühlscheiben von REGO-FIX AG einzusetzen. 2.2 Technische Daten Für reCool System rotierend gelten folgende Parameter: ®... -

reCool niemals ohne Kühlmittel laufen lassen. ® Beim Einschalten der Maschine sicherstellen, dass das Kühlmedium vor dem rotieren des reCool Systems aus dem ® Werkzeug oder der Kühlscheibe austritt. Ein Kühlmitteldruck unter Minimum kann zu unzureichender Kühlung / Schmierung und damit zur Beschädigung des reCool führen. -

3. Montage 3.1 Vorbereitung der angetriebenen Werkzeuge (SET HS6100RF6 ist enthalten) 1. Entfernen des alten Kühlmittelrohres oder der Verschraubung. 2. Einschrauben der mitgelieferten Verschraubung (SET HS6100RF6). Für andere Verschraubungen siehe unter erweitertes Zubehör im Kapitel 7. 3. In angetriebenen Werkzeugen mit einer Bohrung in der Spindel zum Getriebe muss dieses Bohrung unbedingt abgedichtet werden. -

3.2 Vorbereitung zur Montage von reCool ® 1. Beim Einsetzen der Dichtscheibe in das reCool muss die Beschriftung der ® Dichtscheibe von hinten her lesbar sein. Dichtscheibe in die Spannmutter einlegen und nach vorne drücken, bis ein deutliches Klicken zu hören ist. Jetzt ist die Dichtscheibe richtig in der Spannmutter eingesetzt. -

3. N ut der Spannzange an der markierten Stelle in den Exzenterring des reCool einhängen. Spannzange in ® entgegengesetzte Richtung kippen, bis diese deutlich hörbar einrastet. Nut der Spannzange Exzenter Markierung Eine falsche Handhabung beeinträchtigt den Rundlauf der Spannzange und kann reCool beschädigen. ® Nur reCool Spannmuttern mit richtig eingerasteter Spannzange einsetzen! ®... - Page 14 2. Mit Spannschlüssel Typ E AX oder Drehmomentschlüssel mit Aufsteckschlüssel anziehen (angetriebenes Werkzeug blockieren). Wir empfehlen, die reCool Spannmutter mit einem Drehmomentschlüssel ® anzuziehen. Niemals Schäfte mit Übermass spannen! Z.B. niemals in eine Zange mit Ø 12 – 11 mm einen Schaft mit Ø 12,2 mm einspannen.

5. Arbeiten mit reCool ® 1. Angetriebenes Werkzeug mit reCool in der Maschine montieren. ® Sicherstellen, dass das angetriebene Werkzeug mit Kühlmittel versorgt und der minimale Kühlmitteldruck eingehalten wird, da ansonsten das reCool Gleitlager beschädigt werden kann. ® 2. Sicherheitsvorrichtungen (Türen, Schutzabdeckungen etc.) schliessen. Allgemeingültige und betriebsinterne Sicherheitsvorschriften sind beim Bedienen von Maschinen zu befolgen. -
