Assembly Preparing the manifold for static tools 1. Remove the old coolant pipe or fitting. 2. Screw in the supplied fitting (1/8": BSP straight or 90° angle). If the coolant pressure is higher than 100 bar, screw in the high-pressure braided steel hose RHS-HP (≤150 bar) with the fixed thread side. -

Improper assembly can permanently damage the concentricity of the collet and may result in the damage to the clamping nut. Only mount reCool ® with correctly inserted collets! Never place the collet into the holder without first assembling into the reCool ®... - Page 12 The maximum torque shall not be more than 25% above the recommended tightening torque. 3.
