2.3. Cabinet operation

The cooling is achieved by a fan evaporator system. The evaporator is located at the bottom of the cabinet's tray.
The fans circulate the cooled air through the grille behind the bottom shelf up to the top of the cabinet. The cooled
air is evenly distributed over all shelves in the cabinet towards the front glass cover. Replacement air is sucked
through the front grille at the bottom of the cabinet.
Automatic defrosting
The cabinet is equipped with an automatic defrosting equipment. The control device of the cabinet controls the
operation periods and the defrosting process. Water resulting from the defrosting process is either lead via pipes
to a drain (remote cabinets) or lead into a an electrically heated evaporation tray where it is evaporated.
The temperature inside the cabinet rises by a few degrees during defrosting.
