MANUAL TUNINO
FM Stereo Indicator
1. Press "PWR" on.
2 Band Seiector (L/M/U)
Each time you touch the "LMU", the band will be
selected.
The radio frequency appears on the display pan-
el.
NOTE:
For "VF"
Reception
(see Section
IV),
touch
the "BK
DK".
However,
if the band
selector is touched, the previously tuned radio
band [LW, MW or FM (UKW)] will be received
again.

3 Touch "TUNE A " for tuning to higher frequency.
4 Touch "TUNE V " for tuning to lower frequency.
NOTE:
Each time you touch the "TUNE v " (down) or "TUNE A " (up), the frequency display will count down or up according
to the radio band, as described below:

: 1 kHz each touch (For ex., 153-154-—-155--156—157—-158——_—>26 1)
MW
: 9 kHz each touch (For ex., 531~540--549--558--567--576

FM (UKW)

NOTE: The ".", ":" and
" .: " indicate 25, 50 and 75 kHz frequency, respectively.
AUTOMATIC TUNING
2 SEEK (TUNE A /TUNE V )
Touch "TUNE A " or "TUNE V " and hold it for more than

4 Locei/Distant Seneitivity (LOC)

distant stations, switch off the "LOC".
3 Mono/Stereo Selector (MONO)
While seek tuning, if you feel there are too many stations

(even weak ones) being received, switch the "LOC" on in
mal FM stereo reception, switch off the "MONO".
