Designsted "VF" Area Keys ("A"—"F")
The corresponding area key, wherein the traffic-information broadcast station is received, will be indicated on the
display panel. For example, if the traffic-information broadcast station is in the "C" area key, the " ®« { " will appear
on the display. That station will automatically be memorized on the "C" key.
If you want to hear your desired Designated Area traffic-information, select that designated area and touch the
corresponding designated area key. The "VF" traffic-information on that area will be automatically tuned in when
that designated area key is touched again.
NOTE: When the "BK" broadcast station on that designated area key cannot be searched, the "SK" search tuning
will automatically operate.
NOTES:
ie
. During tape play, if you want to listen to the "VF" traffic-information broadcast, simply touch the "R -M". Then touch the "BK".
. Every time the traffic-information broadcast is "on air" the normal FM (UKW) radio program will temporarily be stopped.
. If the traffic-information broadcasting station cannot be received due to weak signal when the desired designated "VF" area
key (A ~ F) is touched, the "SK" indicator will not light up. In this case, touch that same area key again or select another "VF"
station by seek tuning.

. When the "VF" traffic-information broadcast is "on air" during CD disc-play, the disc will still continue to rotate.
. If manual tuning is operated, DK will not be available and the radio will switch to SK/BK mode unless the "DK" is switched on
again.
