Listening to voicemail

1. Call 555 from a phone
2. That will then ask you to insert the mailbox number
3. The day mailbox will usually be 550 , the night mailbox will usually be 551
4. It will then take you into the mailbox and play your messages
How to change your outgoing voicemail
1. Dial 555 from your handset
2. Dial the required mailbox number (usually 550 for day, 551 for night)
3. Press the Greeting softkey
4. Select the Greeting you wish to use. You can record up to 3 greetings for quick changes
i.e. a different message for Special Events
See below for details on how to change the greeting recordings.
How to change your Greeting recording
1. Dial 555 from your handset
2. Dial the required mailbox number (usually 550 for day, 551 for night)
3. Press the Greeting softkey
4. Select the Greeting you wish to change. You can have up to 3 greetings saved
5. Select Record and record you required message
6. Press the Speaker button to end the recording
7. This will now be the outgoing voice message for the chosen Mailbox
NOTE: Greeting 1 would normally be your standard greeting, do not record over Greeting 1 unless
you want to permanently change your standard greeting

Manually Switch Modes

Your system is pre-programmed with Day / Night / Training Modes which will switch over
automatically according to the set schedule. Should you need to, you can manually switch
between these Modes from the handset. For example if you close early for any reason, you can
manually switch to the Night Mode which will divert all calls based on your Night Mode settings.
1. To change the Modes, press the Modes soft key. This will toggle through the available
modes in sequence.
2. Once the required Mode is selected it will show on the display the current mode.
