TROUBLESHOOTING

You may solve the problems you may encounter with your product by checking the following
points before calling the technical service.

In case you experience a problem about the appliance, first check the table below and try out
the suggestions.

Possible Cause
Power supply not available.

Too long continuous operation.
Food residues jammed between
the door and internal cavity.
Tips or body of ignition plugs are
clogged.
Gas burner pipes are clogged.
No proper grounding.
Water or steam may generate
under certain conditions depending
on the food being cooked. This is
not a fault of the appliance.

Oven controls not correctly
adjusted.
Fuse tripped or circuit breaker
turned off.

Check for power supply.
