Warranty to Commercial Customers
Hein-Werner warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a
period of 90 days from the date of original sale to user. Any product proved to Hein-Werner's
satisfaction to be defective during that 90-day period will be repaired or replaced, at Hein-Werner's
option, if returned to the nearest official service station, transportation charges prepaid. A full and
complete explanation of the complaint, and proof of purchase date, must accompany the product.
Hein-Werner's sole obligation and buyer's exclusive remedy under this warranty is limited to such
repair or replacement.
HEIN-WERNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL
DAMAGES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM USE OR
LOSS OF USE OF HEIN-WERNER PRODUCTS WHATSOEVER, WHETHER BASED ON BREACH
OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORT, OR ANY STRICT
LIABILITY THEORY.
