Converting Back to Side
Discharge
No Parts Required
Procedure
1. Park the machine on a level surface.
2. Engage the parking brake.
3. Raise the mower deck to the T
position; refer to your Operator's Manual.
4. Shut off the engine and remove the key.
5. Rotate the mower deck to the S
refer to your Operator's Manual.
6. Remove the recycler baffles and blades.
Note:
Retain the fasteners, baffles, and blades
for use when changing back to recycler mode.
7. Replace the recycler blades with standard
blades; tighten the blade bolt to 68 to 81 N∙m
(50 to 60 ft-lb).
8. Install the side-discharge baffles and fasteners.
Note:
You must plug all open holes to prevent
sand and/or other small objects from being
thrown up through the deck.
