- Page 3 3.4 Secure cable ends in pedestal base. 4.0 CHANNEL MH1010 PEDESTAL INSTALLATION USING FIBER DOME TERMINAL AND CLOSURE MOUNTING KIT FDC-08M-PED-BRKT 4.1 Remove pedestal cover. Remove pedestal components that may interfere with installation. Determine the location of the terminal and install the carriage bolt with the head on the outside of the mounting frame. The bolt can be secured using the plastic screw retainer washer.

Tighten nuts on both clamp brackets to 35 ± 5 in.-lbs. 5.0 POLE AND WALL MOUNTING INSTALLATION USING FIBER DOME TERMINAL AND CLOSURE KIT FDST/FDT-08-POLE/PED-HB 5.1 Use two ¼ inch diameter (10 mm) bolts (not supplied) to mount the closure/terminal to a wall or wood pole.
- Page 5 5.3 Mount the long tie wrap around the dome and through the loop on one end of the lanyard. Position the cable tie at the TOP of the dome and fully tighten.
