On both sides of the oven there are runners at four different
heights (from bottom to top) on which you can fit the grill,
the dripping pan, the cake tray, the terra-cotta pizza tray
and the spit.
Cleaning the oven for the first time
before use
On the front parts made of alloyed steel use ordinary deter-
gents suitable for this type of material, which create a pro-
tective film so that fingerprints do not show.
Before use, clean all the accessories, the oven, the dripping
pan, the grill etc. with detergents found normally on the
market.
Switching on the electronic clock
As soon as the oven is connected the clock display begins
to flash (right side). This happens whenever there is an inter-
ruption in the power supply.
