Fitting the
filter

Switch off all the oven switches.
Grease filter
The grease filter provided protects the fan (behind the rear
wall) against dirt.
Therefore it must always be fitted if:

— during hot air operation
meat is being roasted on
the grill or in a pan without a lid (so it need not be fit-
ted during normal baking, for example of cakes).
— during operation of the infrathermal grill [Z], when
using the grill with the dripping pan or a pan without
a lid.

Hold the filter by the handle and insert the two supports from
top to bottom into the slots in the rear wall of the oven (see
figure).
