4.3.7. Computers running Windows 7: Accessing the shared printer

On the computers that will use the shared printer:
1. Click Start/Devices and Printers.

2. Click the Add a printer button.
The Add Printer wizard appears.
3. Click Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth
printer.
4. Windows then searches for the shared printers on
your network. Select the shared printer.
5. Click Next.
6. If necessary, accept installation of the printer's
drivers when prompted to do so by Windows.
7. Validate your printer's name, then click Next.
8. Tick the Set as the default printer box, if you
wish.
9. Click Finish to close the wizard.
