5 Operation
Wi-Fi connection error

Root Cause
The robot vacuum cleaner is
connected to the router (mo-
dem), but it cannot connect to
the network.
The robot vacuum cleaner can-
not connect to the modem
Wi-Fi is reset.
Solution
• Ensure that the modem is con-
nected to the network.
• Contact your network operator
to see if there is a problem in
the internet data.
• Ensure that the network name
and the password are not
changed.
• Reset the Wi-Fi connection, if
required. Please refer to the
"Resetting Wi-Fi" section in the
"Downloading the Application
and Resetting the Wi-Fi" part
of this manual.
• Ensure the Wi-Fi connection
of the robot vacuum cleaner.
