Energy loggers can be cleaned as follows:
1.
Remove all leads and cables from the logger.
2.
Wipe the case with a moist cloth using a mild
detergent.
3.
Allow to dry.
4.
Do not allow liquids to enter the case or connectors.
5.
Do not use abrasive materials or solvents.
Service Instructions
Users can only replace the 4 x 1.5V AA alkaline batteries.
There are no other user-serviceable parts in this data logger
and the case should not be opened except to remove the
battery cover when replacing batteries.
1.
Remove all leads and cables from the logger.
2.
Remove the battery cover from the back of the
data logger using a Philips screw driver.
3.
Remove the old batteries from the logger.
4.
Fit the new batteries in
the logger, taking care
to observe the correct
polarity.
5.
Press one of the buttons
on the front of the logger
to check it powers up.
6.
Re-fit the battery cover to
the logger.
