    How to assemble your monitor hardware • If the computer is turned on you must turn it off before continuing. Do not plug-in or turn-on the power to the monitor until instructed to do so. • The following illustrations are for your reference only. Available input and output jacks may vary depending on the purchased model.
  • Page 21 Remove the cushion that protects the back of the monitor. Attach the monitor stand to the monitor base as illustrated. Raise the thumbscrew lid and tighten the thumbscrew as illustrated. Then push the lid back. Push out the bottom of the VESA plate so the stand could be installed easily to the monitor later.
  • Page 22 Orient and align the stand arm with the monitor. Fix the stand to the monitor by the provided screws and screwdriver. Slide the VESA cover down from the top of the monitor stand until it locks into place. Lift the monitor and the cushion carefully by holding them together as illustrated.
  • Page 23 Remove the cushion that protects the screen surface. Always hold the monitor from the back without touching the panel to keep it stable. Consider keeping the box and packaging in storage for use in the future when you may need to transport or mount the monitor.

    How to detach the stand and the base 1. Power off the monitor. Turn off the monitor and the power before unplugging the power cable. Turn off the computer before unplugging the monitor signal cable. 2. Prepare the monitor and area. Protect the screen surface with the cushion from the packing that used to ship the product in the first place.

    To enable this function, go to a mode from Color Mode > a mode > B.I.+ (Bright Intelligence Plus) > ON. It takes a few seconds to complete the adjustment.
