2-20 Included Weight Kit Installation
Installation Instructions For All Tank SZ Models:
Refer to Figure 2-20a & 2-20b.

Remove the front caster guard (A).
—
Remove (2) bolts (B) from mower's steering rack.
—
Slide weight clamp (C) into position as shown in Figure 2-20b. Fasten weight clamp (C) loosely with
—
mowers's steering rack bolts (B).
Slide (1) weight bar (D) per side into position from above. Each weight bar (D) should be positioned with longer
—
length vertical.
Tighten mower's steering rack bolts (B) to secure weight bars (D) with weight clamp (C).
—
Replace mower's front caster guard (A).

Installation Instructions For Tank LZ Models w/ 48" Decks:
Refer to Figure 2-20c & 2-20d.

Remove mower's front caster guard (A).
—
Remove (2) carriage bolts (R) from backside of mower's front caster area. Keep existing nuts (B) and replace
—
carriage bolts with (2) 3/8"-16 x 1-1/4" hex bolts (C) P#(K1192) and (2) flat washers (D) P#(K0047). Loosely tighten
bolts with existing nuts (B). See Figure 2-21c for carriage bolt removal locations circled (R) .
Slide weight clamp (E) into position over loosened bolts as shown in Figure 2-21b.

Slide (1) weight bar (F) per side into position from above. Each weight bar (D) should be positioned with longer

length vertical.
Tighten bolts (C) to secure weight bars (F) with weight clamp (E).

Replace the mower's front caster guard (A).
