Assembling the Collector Frame

Place the vertical frame on the collector top and bottom
feet and install frame where it can be lined up with the
collector feet bolt holes. If possible, choose the fourth
hole from the top of the verticle frame to set the bolt into
the top collector foot.
Tighten bolts.
Attach the manifold support into the first and third holes
of the vertical collector frame. Bolt the manifold support
into the collector frame with square nuts.
Bolt the bottom tube support with square nuts on the
second hole from the bottom of the vertical collector
frame; tighten bolts to avoid the bottom support from
slipping. Line up the collector clips at the bottom tube
support rail to the manifold dry well fittings for the
evacuated tubes to line up square. There may need to
be a verticle adjustment, so don't tighten the bolt
completely until a tube has been pre-fit.
Install one vacuum tube on either end, and check the
whole collector for square lines.
Install each vacuum tube from one end to the other.
