11 Troubleshooting
You can rectify minor faults on your appliance yourself.
Read the troubleshooting information before contacting
after-sales service. This will avoid unnecessary costs.

Cause and troubleshooting
The mains plug of the power cord is not plugged in.
Connect the appliance to the power supply.

The circuit breaker in the fuse box has tripped.
Check the circuit breaker in the fuse box.
▶
There has been a power cut.
Check whether the lighting in your room or other appliances are working.
▶
The glass panel is not inserted correctly.
Insert the glass panel carefully as far as it will go.
▶
Liquid flows into the appliance.
Pull out the mains plug or switch off the appliance at the circuit breaker in the fuse box.

Empty the drip trays and remove the grease filters cartridges. → Page 12

Dry all accessible places.
▶
Leave the appliance flap open and restart the appliance only after 48 hours.

Insert the drip tray and the grease filters cartridges.
