Exposure Compensation
To modify exposure control (i.e. from the ISO
standard),
use the Exposure
Compensation
function
.
This can be useful when
intentionally
achieving
under·
or
overexposure to obtain a specific photographic effect. This camera offers
compensation of -2 EV to +2 EV in
1/2
steps.
Exposure Compensation can be set in
P, S,
A
and Vari-Program.

Tip
Compensate to the
+ side
to brighten,
and
the
-
side to darken overall picture to obtain
specific
photographic effect.

rotating

Command Dial while
pressing

can

checked
by
pressing the

button. The electronic analog
exposure display
also
appears as illustrated in
the viewfinder when the

pressed.
