The issue may be caused by the vehicle's automatic relocking system. If the vehicle is unlocked but none of the doors, tailgate, or bonnet are opened, and the ignition is not switched on, it will automatically lock again after approximately 45 seconds. This can happen even if a door is not properly closed. If a door is not fully closed, a warning symbol appears in the instrument cluster display.
