Operation mode
AUTO : During operation mode selection the POWER indicator blinks.
• Unit selects the operation mode according to the room temperature.
• Once AUTO mode is selected, the unit will operate at the standard setting temperature.

for "HI" to +2 °C / +4 °F or

COOL : Provides effi cient comfort cooling to suit your needs.
DRY
: Operates at low fan speed for a gentle cooling operation.
Energy saving temperature setting
You may save energy when operating the unit within the recommended temperature range.
COOL : 26.0 °C ~ 28.0 °C / 79 °F ~ 82 °F.
Air fl ow direction
In COOL/DRY mode:
The horizontal fl ap is fi xed at middle position setting.
Once the temperature is achieved, the horizontal fl ap swings up/down automatically.
In COOL/DRY mode:
The horizontal fl ap swings up/down automatically.
Automatic Voltage Switcher (AVS)
When power supply is unstable, where the AC voltage supplied is below 185 V or above
260 V, AVS will switch off the outdoor unit to protect the compressor. During this condition,
the AVS indicator will turn on.
AVS
Auto restart control
When power is resumed after a power failure, the operation will restart automatically with the
last operation mode and airfl ow direction.
• This control is not applicable when TIMER is set.
