GENERAL INFORMATION

The Canyon Lollypop SW-63 is a smart watch with wireless connection to your smartphone through the Canyon Life app. The watch is equipped with a sturdy case and a large set of functions.

START OF USE

Charging. Use the holder to charge the watch. Press down on the latch to open the holder. Place the watch in the holder so that the pins of the watch and the pins of the holder match. Close the holder. Connect the holder cable to a power source.

The output parameters of the power supply must not exceed 5.0 V / 1.0 A.

Turning on. Press and hold the screen for three seconds to turn the watch on.

Turning off. To turn the watch off, while on the watch face screen, swipe down to go to the list of functions. Press the switch-off icon and confirm the action.

Canyon Life Installation.

The watch and smartphone require the free Canyon Life app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store, to work together. Scan the QR code to go to the app store.

Connecting to Canyon Life. Perform the following steps:

1. Activate BT on your smartphone.
2. Open the Canyon Life app.
3. Click the "BT Devices" tab and then click "Connect BT Device".
4. Place your watch and smartphone next to each other and press "Start".
5. Select your watch from the list (SW-63) and click "Add device".

After connecting to the app, the watch automatically sets the date and time.

Disconnect from the app. Perform the following steps:

1. Open the Canyon Life app.
2. Go to the "Settings" tab and click "Disconnect device". Confirm disconnection.
3. On Apple devices, you should additionally go to the BT settings and unpair the smartphone and the watch.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

Changing watch faces

Tap and hold your finger on the watch face screen. Watch face selection indicator will be displayed. Swipe to the right or left to select preferable watch face and press the screen to set it.

Menu navigation

When you are on a watch face screen, swipe up to move to the Quick Access screens:

• view physical activity data;
• pulse measurement;
• start workouts and view your history;
• view the duration of sleep over the past night;
• view the weather forecast for the current day;
• view the set alarms.

While on the watch face screen, swipe down to advance to the advanced features screen.

The buttons on the screen are:

Brightness

Press to adjust the screen brightness. 5 brightness levels are provided. Use the "+" and "−" to select a comfortable brightness level.

Search

Tap to search for a smartphone. As a result, the smartphone will vibrate (even in silent mode).

Shutting down

Press to turn the watch off. After pressing the button, confirm or cancel the shutdown.

Information

Tap to find out the BT name, MAC address, and firmware version of your watch.

From the watch face screen, swipe to the right to view unread notifications. Tap the screen to go to the list of notifications.

APPLICATIONS

From the watch face screen swipe to the left to go to the list of apps. A brief description of the applications is given below.

Note. Some applications require connection to Canyon Life.

Sport

The app is used to start workouts. Several modes are available: walking, running, biking and others. After selecting a workout, the parameters will start to be recorded. Your workout results will be available in your "Workout History" and in the Canyon Life app after you complete your workout. For correct parameters calculation, be sure to specify the correct physical data (height, weight and age) in the application settings.

Activity

The app displays your physical activity for the current day: number of steps, distance traveled and calories consumed.

Sleep monitoring

The app displays the total sleep duration which consists of "deep" and "fast" sleep phases.

Heart rate monitor

With this app you can measure your heart rate. The measurement can be activated by launching the app.
In the Canyon Life settings you can select the period and frequency of automatic heart rate measurement during the day.

The watch is not a medical device. The heart rate monitor data is not a professional medical assessment, but only an estimate.

Alarm Clocks

Open the app to view the list of alarms. The alarms are set in Canyon Life.

Camera

The app is used to remotely control your smartphone's camera. Launch the application and then turn on the camera in the Canyon Life settings. Tap the watch screen to take a photo on your smartphone.

Searching for a smartphone

Open the app and tap on the screen to search for your smartphone. The smartphone will vibrate (even in silent mode).

Player

The app is used to remotely control the audio player running on your smartphone. You can select the next or previous song, start or stop playback.

Stopwatch

Press to start the stopwatch. Press to stop the stopwatch. To restart close the application and open it again.

Weather

The app displays the weather forecast for the current day.

Settings

The list of settings includes the following functions:

Press to find out the BT name, MAC address, and firmware version of your watch

Reboot

Press to reset the watch.

Reset

Press to reset all data and reset the watch. The Canyon Life app will delete all data for the current day, but the "Statistics" section data for previous days will be retained.

Shutting down

Press to turn the watch off. After pressing the button, confirm or cancel the shutdown.

Insufficient activity

When you start the application, you will see a switch that indicates whether the feature is enabled or not. Enable and configure the function in the Canyon Life app. When you turn on the function, you will receive reminders about insufficient activity.

TROUBLESHOOTING

The clock does not turn on.
Charge the device for a few minutes. If the watch does not charge, check the USB cable and charger.

The clock is not detected by the smartphone.
Make sure that BT is activated on your smartphone. Make sure the watch is not connected to another smartphone.

Lost connection with smartphone.
Give the application permission to run in the background and remove any restrictions.

REGULATIONS FOR SAFE USE

Do not press the screen with sharp objects or apply too much pressure. Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the unit yourself. Do not drop, throw or bend the device. To avoid injury, do not use a watch with cracks or other flaws. Clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth only after turning off the device and disconnecting it from the power supply

WARRANTY TERMS.
The warranty is 2 years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified by local law. The service life is 2 years. Additional warranty information is available on the web page canyon.eu/warranty-terms.
