BEFORE THE FIRST USE

  • The steam mop can be tested at the factory to ensure product performance and safety. During the initial installation of the new steam mop, some water residues may be present in the unit.
  • Please make sure that the device is switched off and unplugged and that it is cold and it contains minimal or no water in it before assembling.
  • Be careful when changing accessories, the surface of the accessories may have become hot during use.
  • The steam mop is suitable for wooden, marble, tile, carpet floors. (Carpet need to match the carpet glider).

Attaching the handle

  • Slide the handle tube into the handle until it clicks into place.
  • Slide the handle tube with handle installed to the main body, until it clicks into place.
  • The handle can be removed from the steam mop body for easy storage by pressing the handle tube button.

Attaching the steam head

  • Slide the bottom end of main body onto the steam head until the steam head spindle clicks into place.
  • The steam head can be removed from the main body by pressing the salient point on the steam head spindle.

Attaching a cleaning pad

  • Remove the carpet glider from the steam head.
  • A micro-fiber cleaning cloth can simply be placed on the steam head, which will remain attached to the Velcro design.
  • Place the carpet glider back on the steam head.

USE

  • Remove the water tank and fill the tank with water using the measuring cup or from the water faucet.
  • Plug in the appliance to a grounded outlet.
  • Press the power switch to turn on the appliance (the light will turn on).
  • The indicator light around the power switch will turn red, it indicates that the device is preheating.
  • After approximately 30 seconds the indicator light will turn blue, the device is ready for use and will begin to steam.
  • By turning the steam control knob the amount of steam can be adjusted, clockwise to add more steam, counterclockwise to reduce the amount of steam.
  • For use on carpets, you can use the carpet glider on the steam head and remove the carpet glider to use the device on hard floors. There can be detergent added to the steam head for use on hard floors. It can be sprayed from the mouthpiece by pressing the button on the steam head with your foot.
  • There is special detergent for sale at the supermarket. Be aware that the detergent matches your floor type and try it first on a small spot to prevent getting stains on the floor.
  • Turn the device off by pressing the power switch again.

Use as a hand steam cleaner

  • Press the tube button to remove the tube from the main body.
  • Press salient point at the steam head spindle to remove the steam head from main body.
  • Install the accessory adaptor on the main body.
  • Put the desired accessory on the adaptor and turn it clockwise until it is into place.
  • Press the power switch to turn on the appliance (the light will turn on).
  • The indicator light around the power switch will turn red, it indicates that the device is preheating.
  • After approximately 30 seconds the indicator light will turn blue, the device is ready for use.
  • Press steam button on handle to start steaming.
  • Turn the device off by pressing the power switch again.
  • Turn the accessory anticlockwise to remove it.
  • Press salient point at the accessory adaptor to remove the adaptor from the main body.
  • Assemble the device as stated in the before the first use part of the manual.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  • Always unplug the device and let it cool down completely before cleaning
  • Use a soft damp cloth to clean the housing of the device.
  • Empty any remaining water from the water tank, do not allow water to stay overnight in the water tank.
  • To clean calcium deposits that build up inside the water tank, add one or two tablespoons of white vinegar to a full water tank, close the water tank cap and then shake the contents. Warning: do not turn the steamer on.
  • The microfiber pad is machine washable, always use a mild detergent or you can lay it in salty water for about 30 minutes and for best care results lay it flat to dry.
