Hi. Wondering if there’s are buttons I can push to trigger the self cleaning suction manually/on-demand? I am finding that the self cleaning suction isn’t sufficient for emptying the dust bin on my matrix

No, the Shark MATRIX PLUS UR2360S Series does not have a button to manually trigger the self-cleaning suction. The DOCK button sends the robot back to the Self-Empty Base, but it does not directly start the suction.

To reprogram the cleaning area on the Shark MATRIX PLUS UR2360S Series, use the SharkClean® app to select a specific room or spot on the map. Once selected, the robot will clean that targeted area on demand in Matrix Clean mode. Alternatively, for a Matrix Spot Clean (5-foot-by-5-foot), place the robot in the desired area and press and hold the CLEAN button for 5 to 7 seconds.

To clean or change the square filter on the Shark MATRIX PLUS UR2360S Series, follow these steps:

1. Turn off power: Press and hold the DOCK button on the robot for 5-7 seconds to turn it off.
2. Open the filter housing: Hold the top left edge of the base and pull up on the lid.
3. Remove the filter: Slide the latch down to lift the Filter Door off, then remove the foam filter using the top handle.
4. Clean the filter: Do not use soap. Clean the pre-motor filters once a month and the post-motor filter once a year.
5. Replace the filter: If needed, replace the filters every 6-12 months.
6. Reassemble: Place the filter back in its housing, close the Filter Door, and secure the lid.

This helps maintain optimal suction power.
