Wash fresh vegetables and place in casserole dish. Add no water to freshly washed
quick vegetables. For tender vegetables, cover with lid. For tender-crisp vegetables,

Pierce potatoes at least three times each on the top, bottom and sides to allow steam to
escape. Place potatoes on paper towel.

After cooking, remove from oven, wrap in aluminum foil and let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
To cook ground meat patties, place patties on a microwave safe dish and cover with wax

• When microwave pauses, turn over patties or stir bulk meat to break up large
pieces.
• Recover and touch START/+30 SEC.
After cooking, leave meat covered and let stand for 2 to 3 minutes.
