Environmental protection
2.2.1 Packaging
The packaging materials are 100% recyclable. Dispose of them in compliance with local legislation.
WARNING: The packaging material (plastic bags, polystyrene components, etc.) is
potentially dangerous for children. Keep the packaging material out of reach of children.
2.2.2 Disposal
WARNING: Dispose of the appliance in compliance with legal prescriptions in a
designated recycling centre. Before disposing of the appliance, cut off the power cable
to make it unusable.
WARNING: The refrigerant and the cyclopentane foaming agent used in the refrigerator
are flammable. Therefore, when the refrigerator is scrapped, it must be kept well away
from any sources of ignition and must be disposed of by an authorised recycling company,
to avoid environmental harm or any other type of damage.
WARNING: Before scrapping the appliance, remove the doors and remove the seals to
prevent children from becoming trapped inside it.
