When connecting your 16-port 10/100Mbps NWay Fast
Ethernet Switch to another switch, bridge, hub, or
Ethernet device, a crossover cable maybe required.
Please check the product's User's Guide for correct RJ-
45 cable pin assignment.
The following diagram and table show the standard
RJ-45 receptacle/connector and their pin assignment
for "switch-to-network adapter card" connection, and
"straight/crossover cable" for "Switch-to-
switch/hub/bridge/Ethernet device" connection.
