Starlight, True Wide Dynamic Range, and IR illumination allow the camera to operate in any lighting condition. The camera is a component of the Dahua ArcticPro series and is rated to IP67 allowing the camera to deliver high-quality and reliable video in the harshest environments.

1.3.2 Alarm Input/Output Connect alarm input device to the alarm input end of the I/O port. Device collects different states of alarm input port when the input signal is idling and being grounded. Device collects logic "1" when input signal connecting to 3.3V or idling; device collects logic "0" when input signal being grounded.
Note: Dahua recommends attaching a “drip loop” (flex or hard conduit) during installation to ensure condensation does not form in the mount or the conduit.
Installing an SD Card Disconnect power to the camera. Remove the panel on the bottom of the camera. Gently insert the SD card into the slot until it clicks in place. Replace the panel. Press the Reset button for 10 seconds to reset the device. Using the Waterproof Ethernet Connector Attach the waterproof network connector if the camera is used outdoors.
Place the wide side of the rubber ring onto the end of the network cable extending out from the camera. Pull the waterproof cable end without the Ethernet connector through the body of the Waterproof Connector. Thread the cable through the Fixing Rubber Ring and the Waterproof Locking Cover.
Remove the camera, the mounting template, and the hardware package from the box. Apply the mounting template to the installation medium. Pre-drill the three (3) perimeter holes for the expansion bolts, using a drill bit that is no wider than the expansion bolt. Determine the wire route, either through the installation medium or through side conduit on the camera base.
2.5.2 Mounting to a Wall: Cables through Camera Base Conduit Adjusting the Viewing Angle Loosen the adjusting screw at the base of the camera with the hex tool. Then, adjust the position of the camera. Use the hex tool to tighten the hex screw and to secure the camera position.
