Review the table for solutions to minor performance problems. Any service needed, other
than maintenance described in this Use & Care Guide, should be performed by a qualified
service dealer.
WARNING
Ensure the vacuum cleaner is turned off before performing maintenance to it. Failure to
do so could result in electrical shock or personal injury.

TROUBLESHOOTING

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Battery may be depleted.
Wrong charger being used.
Hand vacuum is not installed
properly.
Charging adapter is not fully
plugged into the charging port.
Charging plug is not fully plugged
into outlet.
Battery may be depleted.

outlet firmly.
Debris accumulated on the metal
