Using Your Vacuum Cold Brew Coffee Maker

1. Lift the Lever.
2. Add coffee grinds into the coffee basket. Maximum coffee weight is 60 grams.
   Note: We recommend starting with 20 ounces of water and 50 grams of coffee. Adjust measurements according to your preference.
3. Place the coffee filter lid inside the coffee basket above the coffee grinds
4. Screw the coffee basket lid onto the coffee basket, until it locks into place. For best results, make sure the lid is screwed on tightly.
5. Place the coffee basket into the water chamber. Align the open lock icon with the arrow on the inside of the water chamber and turn clockwise to align the lock icon with the arrow.
   
6. Add room temperature water to the water chamber and place it on the middle base. Turn the water chamber clockwise to lock it into place. Align the lock icon with the arrow on the middle base.
   
   Note: The minimum amount of water is 10 ounces / 2 cups and the maximum is 25 ounces / 5 cups.
7. Place the water chamber lid on top of the water chamber.
   
8. Push the lever down.
9. Place the coffee carafe onto the base plate.
10. Plug in the appliance.
11. Press the power button to turn on the machine. Then choose your brewing strength by pressing one of the preset options.
    To customize the strength, use the custom strength controls to increase or decrease the brewing time from 2 minutes to 30 minutes. The controls will increase / decrease the brewing time in 15 second increments.
12. Press the start button to begin.
13. The coffee will release into the coffee carafe when the brewing cycle is complete.

Note: Never immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. Lift up the lever and remove the coffee basket.
   
2. Pour cold water into the water chamber and put the water chamber lid back on.
3. Run a few cycles to clean out the cold brew.
4. The carafe, water chamber lid, coffee basket lid, coffee filter lid, coffee basket, and water chamber can all be cleaned in a dishwasher or with warm soapy water and rinsed thoroughly.

STORAGE

• Make sure all parts are clean and dry.
• Store in a clean and dry place.

3. All parts must be properly assembled before use.

9. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge unless they are supervised and instructed by a person responsible for their safety.
10. When cleaning, never immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid. Instead, wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
11. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
12. Do not leave the appliance unattended.
13. Use only cold water or room temperature water. Never use hot water.
