Good afternoon. Our Mondo 72 has stopped working. Installed a new battery in the wall control. The remote worked the fan until yesterday. Occasionally the fan attempts to start then backs up. Never makes a full rotation. Do I need to reset the communication program of the controls? If so, please send instructions on how to do accomplish this. Your help is appreciated. Jack Morsink

To reset the communication program for the Craftmade Mondo 72 fan controls:

1. Turn off power to the fan for at least 5 seconds.
2. Restore power.
3. Within 60 seconds of restoring power, press and hold the SET button on the wall control for 5 seconds or until the light blinks twice.
4. Turn power off again for at least 5 seconds.
5. Restore power again.
6. Within 60 seconds of restoring power, press and hold the SET button on the handheld remote control for 5 seconds or until the light blinks.

This activates the automated learning process and resets the communication.
