Troubleshooting

Steam Humidifier has internal system diagnostics that monitor operation, maintenance schedules, and faults. If a
system fault is detected, Steam Humidifier will attempt to recover up to five times in a 24-hour period.
If Steam Humidifier is unable to recover by itself within 24 hours, the red Service light blinks in a series that
indicates the fault detected.
Refer to the table below for the fault indicated, along with the steps to fix Steam Humidifier.
Press and hold the Go button until the Service light turns off.

8. If tank still fails to fill, press the Drain button.
9. If tank fails to drain, unplug steam humidifier (and make sure
water in tank is cool before proceeding).
10. Follow the tank cleaning steps.
11. Ensure you have a firm grip on the tank before releasing the
tank, especially if water is present.
12. Clear any excess debris from the tank's bottom orifice to the
solenoid.
13. Reassemble tank and plug steam humidifier back in. Press the
button to reset. If water still fails to fill into the tank, replace the
solenoid valve
