once every two seconds.

Remedies
Charging may be stopped (non-chargeable state).
Check it again at a location of suitable temperature.
Charge the watch.
Push the crown in to position
Push the crown in to position
release the upper right button
Charge the watch in direct sunlight until the
second hand moves normally.
