DDC
DDC (Display Data Channel) is a standard created by VESA. It defines how to read
certain pins in a monitor to query the monitor's capabilities. CL-R190 supports DDC-2B.
Upon startup, the computer (Windows) reads the setup data already written within the
elements of this monitor and sets the computer's system file accordingly for the Plug &
Play function. Since the computer reads the display data through the video cable, it
needs to be plugged while your computer is running.
