Each cutting blade edge has to be ground equally to maintain proper blade balance. A poorly balanced
IMPORTANT:
blade will cause excessive vibration, may damage the tractor and/or result in personal injury.
4. Test the blade by balancing it on a round shaft screwdriver. Grind metal from heavy side until it balances evenly.
5. Make sure to install the blade's bottom side (marked ''Bottom'' or with part number stamped) facing the ground
with the mower in operating position.
6.
Use a torque wrench to tighten the blade spindle hex flange nut to between 70 and 90 foot-pounds.
7. Gently slide the cutting deck (from the right side) out from underneath the tractor.

NOTE: It is recommended that both drive belts be replaced at the same time.
