Attaching a Camera / Changing Eyepieces

Eyepieces: The ME580T series microscopes have easy to insert and remove eyepieces and camera port (-T
models only). To change eyepieces out, one simply pulls on the eyepiece to slide it out of the ocular tube, and
inserts the new eyepiece. ME580 series models use 23.2mm outer diameter mounting size eyepieces.
Camera: The ME580T models have a trinocular port to mount a camera, allowing the eyepieces to remain
dedicated for viewing, while the camera is permanently mounted. If a third party or AmScope camera is in-
tended to be mounted in this unit, sliding a 23.2mm outer diameter sized camera into the trinocular tube, or, a
sold separately adapter used if your camera does not work in a 23.2mm inner diameter port size.
Note: The image from the camera and eyepieces won't always be in focus at the same point, and refocusing
is generally required to use the camera.
