TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE
Using this guide and referring to the accompanying
instructions should help you solve most common problems
encountered.
Problem
Possible Cause
1.Poor flushing
a. Water level in tank is below prescribe

b. Flush valve mechanism in tank closes too b. Make sure there are no any material stuck
quickly or does not open.
c. Flush handle or button needs replacing.
d. Water pressure is too low.
e. Cleanser used in tank deposits residue.

b. Turn off the water supply. If water
continues to flow into the bowl until the
flush valve seat and / or rubber seal disk
are worn or deformed.
c. Turn off the water supply valve. If water
continues to flow into the bowl until the
water level falls to the level of the overflow
pipe, sand or debris may be clogged in
the water control mechanism.
d.Flush valve string is too tight, holding the
flush valve open.
e. Button needs replacing

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Do not use harsh abrasives or caustic cleansers to clean fixture surface.
A Mild, warm water, and a soft cloth will remove normal dirt and soap
accumulation from fittings surfaces.
Rinse thoroughly after cleaning and polish with a soft dry cloth to restore
original luster of material.
Notice :
Do not use cleansers in tank. Products containing chlorine
can seriously damage fittings in the tank.
This damage can cause leakage and property damage.
LIXIL ( Thailand) Public Company Limited shall not be responsible or liable
for any tank fitting damage caused by the use of cleansers containing chlorine.
If inspection of this product, within one year warranty after purchasing, confirms that its
defective under normal use in material or workmanship. We will repair or, at its option
exchange the product of a similar model. The warranty does not cover the following :
1. None any documentary evidences to show the period of warranty such as receipt,
warranty card,.
2. Consequential or incidental damages.
3. Defects or damages arising from shipping, installation, alternation, accidents, misuse
or lack of proper maintenance.
4. Postage or shipping costs incurred in returning products for repair or replacement under
this warranty and any labor or other costs of removal or installation of products under
this warranty.
5. Discontinuous products.

To Correct
a. Set to prescribed level.

1. พนั ก งานจะขอดู ใ บเสร็ จ , ใบรั บ ประกั น , หลั ก ฐานอื ่ น ที ่ จ ั ด ให้ พ นั ก งานตรวจสอบ
โดยนั บ วั น ซื ้ อ ขายเป็ น สำคั ญ ทางบริ ษ ั ท ฯไม่ ส ามารถประกั น สิ น ค้ า ได้
หากไม่ ม ี เ อกสารดั ง กล่ า วมาแสดงให้ ด ู
2. การรั บ ประกั น สิ น ค้ า ตามสภาพการใช้ ง านตามปกติ หากมี ต ำหนิ , ชำรุ ด , ใช้ ง านไม่ ไ ด้
ในระยะประกั น บริ ษ ั ท ฯ จะซ่ อ มแซม หรื อ เห็ น สมควรเปลี ่ ย นเฉพาะตั ว สิ น ค้ า นั ้ น ๆ หรื อ เที ย บเท่ า โดย
ไม่ ค ิ ด มู ล ค่ า ของตั ว สิ น ค้ า โดยจะต้ อ งทำการพิ ส ู จ น์ ป ั ญ หาดั ง กล่ า วก่ อ น ทั ้ ง นี ้ ค วามรั บ ผิ ด ชอบ
ของบริ ษ ั ท ฯเฉพาะตั ว สิ น ค้ า เท่ า นั ้ น โดยความรั บ ผิ ด ชอบ ไม่ ค รอบคลุ ม ถึ ง การติ ด ตั ้ ง ,การรื ้ อ ถอน,
ความเสี ย หายหรื อ ค่ า ใช้ จ ่ า ยใดๆ ที ่ เ กิ ด ขึ ้ น เนื ่ อ งจากตั ว สิ น ค้ า
3. ไม่ ร ั บ ประกั น สิ น ค้ า รวมถึ ง ความเสี ย หายใดๆ ที ่ เ กิ ด ขึ ้ น เนื ่ อ งจากการขนส่ ง , การดั ด แปลง,
การติ ด ตั ้ ง ไม่ ถ ู ก ต้ อ ง,การผุ ก ร่ อ น เนื ่ อ งจากสารเคมี บ ำรุ ง รั ก ษาที ่ ไ ม่ ถ ู ก ต้ อ ง
4. กรณี ส ิ น ค้ า ไม่ อ ยู ่ ใ นการรั บ ประกั น อั ต ราค่ า ใช้ จ ่ า ยต่ า งๆ จะต้ อ งทำการแจ้ ง เพื ่ อ ให้ ล ู ก ค้ า รั บ ทราบ
