DETERMINE HOOD AND DUCTWORK LOCATIONS
MARK LOCATION OF WOOD SUPPORT
Draw the line to ceiling height.
to the cooking surface, 30" min. to 36" max.
indicating the bottom of the hood.
measure 16" up and draw another line for the location
of the top of the wood support.
measure 30" up and draw another line for the location
of the top of the hood. See illustration.
FOR VERTICAL (Straight Up) DUCTING:
hood to ceiling or soffit.

at least 7 feet of house wiring.
