4. Acoustic characteristic curves

4.1 Considerations

1. Distance of the unit from the measuring point, as shown in the figure below.
2. The data is measured in an anechoic chamber, so reflected sound should be taken into consideration when installing the
unit.
3. The sound measured with the curve A shown in dB(A) represents the attenuation in function of frequency as perceived by
the human ear.
4. Reference acoustic pressure 0 dB=20 μPa
