CHAPTER 4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

REPLACEMENT OF DUST BAG

Before replacing the dust bag, remove the power cord plug from the wall outlet. Al-ways use the vacuum
cleaner with a fitted dust bag. If you forget to insert a dust bag or it is fitted incorrectly, the cover cannot
be closed completely fix the position of a dust bag and close the cover.
1.
When the dust bag full indicator turns on red, clear the dust or replace it with new bag. (Pic. 1)
2.
After disconnecting flexible hose, open the front cover by lifting it upwards (Pic.2).
3.
Release the dust bag lock and remove the paper bag from the guides, if filled with dust.
4.
Insert a new dust bag by sliding it into the guides (Pic.3).
5.
Close the cover by pressing it down until it clicks.
CLEANING OF THE HEPA FILTER
1.
Before cleaning the filter, remove the power cord plug from the wall outlet.
2.
Clean the filter when it is clearly soiled. Shake dirt off the filter and then brush it with a soft bristle
brush. Do not wash the filter in water. In case of heavy soiling or lasting damage, replace the filter
with a new one.
3.
Depending on the intensity of use, it is recommended that you clean the filter once a month and replace
it with a new one every six months.
4.
Always use the vacuum cleaner with a filter in place.
5.
It is recommended that you only use original filters for your vacuum cleaner.

REPLACEMENT OF THE HEPA FILTER

1.
Open the air exhaust cover. (Pic. 4, Pic. 5)
2.
Remove the filter, clean or replace it with a clean one. (Pic. 6, Pic. 7)
3.
Close the air exhaust cover.
